What stops anyone from just ripping it off the van?

It uses 3M high bond adhesive to create a secure seal. If removal is attempted, the unit triggers a two-second warning followed by a 30-second full alarm. The adhesive is stronger than screw-in systems and does not damage the vehicle.

How long do the batteries last?

In standby mode, batteries can last up to six months. With daily use, typical battery life ranges from 2 to 4 months.

How do I replace the batteries?
